Service: Thursday July 23, 2015The Funeral of Mr Stephen John McKay will be held in the Chapel at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street Colac, on Thursday 23rd July, 2015 commencing at 1.30 p.m.
In accordance with family wishes Stephen will be privately cremated

An irresistible smile, a cheeky laugh, a sparkling eye, a mischievous boy, a wonderful man, a true friend forever.
Sadly missed, never forgotten.

Sadly I’m unable to attend Steve’s funeral.
I know Steve will be farewelled by people he has loved, laughed with and influenced over a grog or with his quick wit.
So many fun-time memories. I can still hear his laugh after nearly 30 years.
I am sure there is a new bright star in the night sky where he’s hanging out.

Taken too fast, too soon. The road was long and varied, travelled to the fullest; a man who was a great mate, a well-respected colleague and a loving husband and father. We are sad at his passing, but smile that he has been. We will miss you mate. Our deepest sympathy to Tracey & Tess from all at H Troon Pty Ltd.

I have had the privalege to work with Steve on and off over 10 years (whilst at Hygienics and beyond) with our first job being at Erskine in Lorne. A great man that I am thankful to have met, a man with strong family values and a great commitment to worksite health and safety. My thoughts are with Steve’s family and friends at this very sad time xx
