Tributes
It’s a long way to Tipperary Skilly and you will always be our sunshine.
A privilege to care for you at Colanda.
You were always smiling and chatting, singing songs including the national anthem, or watching the good old movies, unless there was a Blue Heelers re-run on with your favourite Tommy Croydon.
Journey well now Joanny we will remember you fondly.
Condolences to Joan’s friends and carers.

Our dear Skilly, was a privilege to have looked after you, all those years at Colanda. Lots of memories of you from your first day, you came to stay with us. Your constant talking and laughing, your singing, and your continuous roaming around the unit, and then , just flopping into a chair. Always remember you, joining in singing ‘you are my sunshine’, whenever we played it for you.
Reunited with your ol’mate ‘Shirl the girl’.R.I.P. ‘Skillygirl’.
