7. To our friends and Spokes families our 5 pm get togethers at the Tavern will be sadly missed !!Our Christmas party held every year at the Tavern was unfortunately our last! The UPS and DOWNS that were shared and listened to with Murray, we hold dear to us. A fond friend and end of an era gone ,but hey maybe in honour of Murray we continue Friday nights?? RIP Murray.

Murray was a wonderful friend to our Dad, and very welcoming to Scott, Stephanie and myself every time we visited with Dad at Murray’s Tavern! I’m sure they will be sitting in heaven, and watching over all, discussing the latest local town happenings, with a beer in hand and Murray’s cheeky laugh and quick comebacks and sense of humour- to lighten the mood.
