Passed away peacefully at Glendale Nursing Home, Werribee. Dearly loved husband of Valerie. Adored father of Mark and Wayne, Father in-law of Laurel. Loved Pop of Andrew; Samantha and Christopher. Loved Great Grandfather of Theodore (Teddy) and Oliver (Ollie).

1. Dad,
   Your passing has left a space in our lives that can never truly be filled. Yet, alongside the sadness, we are deeply grateful for the love, guidance, laughter and countless memories you gave us throughout your life.

   Dad you were my guide and my steady support as l grew up.
   Whenever l needed wisdom, reassurance, or simply someone to turn to you were there.
   Your strength, and leadership has shaped so much of who l am today, and l will carry your lessons with me always.

   In the last few months, l watched you grow weaker, and it was heartbreaking to see. But even in that difficult time, l am grateful for every conversation and quiet moment, and every bit of time we were able to share. Those moments are precious to me and l will hold them close for the rest of my life.

   I will miss you Dad more than words can say.

   Charlie you always told me l was your favourite daughter-in-law, when, of course we all knew l was your only daughter-in-law! That little joke captured your warmth and sense of humour, and it is a memory l will always treasure.
   I will miss your stories,your laughter, and your presence around the table at family gatherings. Those times together, surrounded by family, sharing meals and memories with you, are gifts l will carry forever.

   Although you are no longer with us, we will continue to speak of you, remember you, and love you.
