Born Thursday March 04, 1937. Passed away Thursday October 31, 2024.
Passed away peacefully in the beautiful surrounds of Anam Cara House with her family, aged 87 years.
Dearly loved wife of John (dec). Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Rosalind and Ralph, Elsina and Brendan, and Justin. Adored Grandma and Ammachi of Misha and Lani; and Finnegan.
Lovingly reunited with her beloved John.
Funeral notice
Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Mrs. Mariamma “Mary” Arackal will be offered at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Gellibrand Street, Colac on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 commencing at 1:30 p.m
Cheriya Opese (Malayalam Prayers) with a viewing, will be held at the above Church on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 commencing at 12:45pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Anam Cara House. Envelopes will be available at the Church.

Such lovely time we had since 1938 and we kept our friendship alive all these years . You were the one who always kept in touch despite all your difficulties. I was so happy to see your family during their visit to Mumbai. Our love and friendship means the world to me and all these gestures show how much you cared. Mummy I don't know how long it take to realize that mummy is no more.so many happy occasions when mummy visit to India.I could finish my nursing studies even I reached here in Canada only because of mummy.I felt myself regret that I couldn't fulfill the promise which i made to mummy that i will come and meet mummy in Australia.
