My dear older sister Bet Bet, although we didn’t share the family home together for too long, the time we did I’ll cherish, as you were my big sister and I did look up to you…there will always be a special little space taken up in my heart for you…Amy

Farwell Dear Mother (Anon)
Somewhere in my heart beneath all my grief and pain, Is a smile I still wear, at the sound of your dear name. The precious word is ‘Mother’, she was my world you see. But now my heart is breaking cause she’s no longer here with me.
God chose her for His angel to watch me from above, To guide me and advise me and know that I'm still loved. The day she had to leave me when her life on Earth was through, God had better plans for her, for this, i surely knew.
When i think of her kind heart and all those loving years, My memories surround me a I cant hold back the tears. She truly was my best friend, someone i could confide in, She always had a tender touch and a warm and gentle grin.
I want to thank you mother, for teaching me so well, And though the time has come that I must bid you this farewell. I'll remember all you've taught me and make you proud you'll see.
Thankyou, my Dear Mother, for all the love you showed me. Although you've left this Earth and now you've taken flight. I know that you are here with me each morning, noon and night.September 30, 2025 3:23 pm
Grandma was always there, every birthday, Christmas, Easter, all the school concerts and graduations. We had lunch every weekend growing up. We had sleep overs at her house and would go shopping into town the next day, we’d walk everywhere. We always stoped at the bakery for a morning tea and have fish and chips for lunch at the park. The sleep overs happened even when we were in different towns, Colac to Warrnambool were the best train rides with grandma. Especially when they were still the small carriages. As we got older, Christmas shopping was her favourite thing to do. Grandma loved Christmas, as soon as it was the new year she started thinking up gifts for coming Christmas for everyone, her bedroom was always full of gifts for the people she loved. With two daughters, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren she had a lot of gifts to get. Love you grandma, always have and always will.
