  3. Dear Brenda,
Thankyou for being a great friend and neighbour for many years, always up for a cuppa or a glass of wine.

Cooking for each other was our thing, although we weren’t always the best of cooks, we certainly appreciated the effort we shared. I’ll never be able to eat Flammery without thinking of you.

Lighting the firepit will never be the same. We fondly remember many nights sitting around the firepit talking about years gone by; and sometimes years to come. Your knowledge of the stars was amazing!

Our whole family loved you; our grandchildren loved getting out of the car and running into your house for ‘Brenda lollies’, or a game of cards.

Although we never did get back to NZ, we will cherish the memories of the one fantastic trip we did share.

We have shared so many great times together; whether it was out for dinner, or dining at home, listening to Elvis with a beverage or two. Thankyou for the memories over the years. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. You will never be forgotten.
Condolences to all of your family.

    Love you forever,
    Helen & Rodney Woodmason

  4. Aunty Brenda Aka “Wicked”,

I can’t really believe you’re gone, no more voicemails, texts or coming over to tell you all my worries in life.
You always listened, laughed, stood by me and occasionally as a child told me to go home hours later after wanting to move out.
Staying at the farm and you attending my graduation ceremony will be the memories that will always live on in my heart.
Whilst I’m sad, I know you wanted to live a quality of life which you did so spectacularly.

Just as you’d quote- “Simplicity is the ultimate form of socification”.

We love you, we miss you and you will never be forgotten.

  5. My great friend Brenda.

You left us way to quickly, but I know you went the way you wanted to.

Coming to Colac will not be the same now that you won't be there.

I will miss out time together playing our Words game every night & your funny little comments you often came up with.

I'm sure Elvis was waiting for you & would of had The Pearly Gates opened ready for your arrival.

We will all miss you so much & I'm lucky to of had you as a very special friend.

  7. To my dearest Aunty Brenda, I will never be able to put into words the profound impact you have had on my life.
My childhood spent on the farm with you at every opportunity in Eurack fostered my love for farming, and all things animals.

Long nights spent rugged up together in the mini moke hunting rabbits and foxes, our pizza dates in the car all night long at Weering watching the freight trains come through, family Christmases on the farm, are memories I'll forever hold dear and cherish.

I will continue to 'feed the pet' for you, and Levi, Darcy and Hemi will grow up surrounded by your memory, tales of our adventures on the farm and of course educated on 'The King' with Levi already proficient in 'Hound Dog'

While my heart is broken, I know you are comfortable and at peace. Forever missed.
    Until we meet again xxx
    Love Alaina
