Passed away peacefully at Estia Health, Bannockburn, on Monday, September 29, 2025 aged 88 years, after a lifetime in Warrion.
Loved and cherished husband of Isabel for 67 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Steven (dec) and Roslyn, Donna and Allan, Bruce and Shelly, Lynda, and Robyn. Adored Pa of Brad and Emma, Dan, Amy, Shane, Andrew and Shahna, Chris, Sarah, Nathan and Mandy, Vanessa, Katrina, Jake and Lauren, Luke, Charles and Oskar. Loved Great Grandpa of Tyson, Joe, Lachlan, Ben, Rebekah, Henry, Harry, Hayley, Alisha, Gemma, Oliver, Orlando, Charlotte and Levi. Adopted Pa of David, Jack, Lititia and Beau.
Gone fishing with Steven.
Funeral notice
The Funeral of Mr. Alan Ronald Chant will be held at the Colac Lake Bowling Club, 35 Moore Street, Colac on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 commencing at 11am.
In accordance with Alan’s wishes, a private cremation will be held.
