My strongest memories are of you being a Scorpio (a star sign shared with me), playing pool in the back room at Montmorency and introducing me to the Too Low for Zero (Elton John) Album. I think your pipe features somewhere in there too. Lots of Love to all. Morgana

Sad to hear of the passing Bob who was a member of the Monaro club of Victoria since 1997. He and his family have made a significant contribution to the club including providing funds for the club trailer. I first met Bob at a car show before I joined the club and he encouraged myself and I know others to join our club. It was always great to see him at events, we both would chat about the same cars we owned, Holden Monaro LS and Regal Peacock Holden VF Calais. Recently Bob offered his assistance to an upcoming event in Colac which he hoped to attend, he will be missed. My sincere condolences to his family and friends at this sad time.

Rob was a man of great enthusiasm, and a real mover and shaker in the Colac community. He gave his time generously to the gun club, RSL and car show, and was always keen to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Rob was also very hospitable, and always insisted that we stay with him our trips to Colac. We will greatly miss his company and his friendship.

Rob we shared so many laughs together and swilled a wine or two in the naughty corner! Our fondness of Steam trains and classic cars, brought many interesting conversations. We will miss your smiley face at the RSL and our social events. My thoughts are with your family and especially Robyn, who you spoke so fondly of. Till we meet again. Lesley

You were a great friend since arriving in Colac Bob. Very good mates since buying a house from me! A strong friendship developed so quickly. Many nights on the phone laughing & enjoying great conversation on many levels from how we could fix the world to discussing unique & wonderful cars. I will miss our catch ups so much. You were such a character with such a strong sense of humour. You really settled into Colac well & loved your beloved magpies & a quick stir about my cats if we got done. Thanks for you friendship Bob. Will miss you dearly. Stuart Nelson

We wish to offer our sincere condolences at the passing of Bob, Bob invited us to join the Monaro Club of Victoria when we met him at a road stop on route back from Cooma in 2003, where we admired his Monaro. We saw him many times in the following years at events. Bob was a well liked and respected by many within our club including Steve and I. He bought Jean to a few events and her contribution to our club with the Club trailer is a legacy to both her, Bob and your family. We were hoping to catch up with Bob later this year….
Bob will live on in our memories and we send our thoughts to all family at this sad time. R.I.P. Bob Steve & Marlene KaneOctober 25, 2022 2:23 pm
