Deepest Sympathy to Dowling family. Ray was such a funny man. He loved his dancing & music. He was always ready for a laugh. I had not long gone to see him and we were still able to communicate and have a laugh. He even gave me an ice cream when we were in his room. The fridge always had a tub. Love always Gayle (Murfitt) Kelson

As family stories and laughs were and are always shared, with and amongst. Ray, you introduced me to minties, the mail run on school holidays, overseas travel stories, your delight for sweets and more. You laughed and tolerated us teasing kids and encouraged us. Fond memories and grateful. now RIP

Deepest sympathy to Ray’s family. I have very fond memories of Ray from our dancing days, him teaching me dances as a young girl, both making mistakes with the steps and standing on each other’s toes or going the wrong direction and ending up full of laughter as a result!! Always a true gentleman and wonderfully kind. Keep dancing up there Ray. Rest In Peace.

Rest in peace Uncle Ray. You were a very unique, quirky man who loved all his family. I will never forget the way you “danced” with the cockatoo “cocky” in the backyard at Nana and Poppa’s. Your hillarious laughter with your sisters on Christmas day lunches after a few beers! I hope there are enough rubber bands in heaven to keep your socks up. Lots of love from Angie, Danny, Harry and Charlie xoxo
