Passed away peacefully at Colac Area Health aged 95 years.

Wife of Reuben Launer (dec) and Lance Featherston (dec). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Garry and Jill, Ian and Les, Deb, Darryl and Dot. Loved step mother of Pauline (dec) and Gordon, Ian and Cheryl. Adored Grandma to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Daughter of Charles and Catherine Weston (both dec). Sister of Ronald, Mavis and Walter (all dec).

Funeral Notice

Service: Wednesday July 10, 2019

The Funeral of Mrs. Irene Grace Featherston will be held in the Chapel at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street, Colac on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

The Funeral will leave the Chapel at the conclusion of the service for the Colac Lawn Cemetery.

    I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Aunty Rene.
    She was a beautiful, kind and caring lady who leaves us with many wonderful memories. I had a lovely chat to her when Mum passed away in February. I wish I had followed up on my thoughts at the time to keep in touch with her more often.
