  4. Thoughts and love are with all the family. Many great memories and times spent growing up with my extended family across the road, the Flanagan’s. Nev was a very generous man, I was never left behind, always a spare seat in the car, a seat at the table, what ever was happening or wherever we were going. I can only smile when I think about him and those days growing up in Lavers Hill. Rest in peace Nev.

  6. I only met Nev a couple of times but his face is one I won’t forget. What a truly lovely man. I remember one day in the Gelli club rooms after a Sponsors/Life Members Day- Nev, Terry Harris, and Dad were sitting at a table telling stories. Great stories. I just sat there and listened. Then talking to Nev afterwards I was blown away by how much of a lovely man he was. A true Otways legend.
Rest in Peace and deepest condolences to his family and friends.

  10. My Love & Best Wishes go out to Shane, Donna, Janelle, Jay & the extended family.
Nev was a very colourful character who loved to have a good time. I’m sitting here writing this with a smile on my face thinking of all
the things he got up to with his mates and him telling stories accross the kitchen table at Laver’s Hill which, I might add were slighty exaggerated. He loved his family dearly and was there for them in good & bad times especially after his darling wife Joan passed away in 1990.

You will be sorely missed Nev. RIP

  22. To Donna, Janelle, Shane, Jay and families. Sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad Neville. You will surely miss him as will all of us who knew him. Neville was a loveable devil, full of pranks, devilment, stories a plenty delivered with an exaggerated flair, forever taking the “mickey” out of someone with that perpetual Neville grin. To each of you this is the beginning of a future of wonderful memories of Neville, as it will be for my family and me.
