  5. Miss you old mate. I have the best memories of our time together surfing, always driving around the coast looking for the best spot to jump in. Thanks Christine for inviting me back to Colac recently to say a final goodbye. Wishing Sue, Jackson and family my deepest sympathies and everyone else that knew and enjoyed Ray's company.

  6. Very saddened to hear of Ray's passing. Ray was a keen and valued library patron. It was a privilege of my colleagues and myself, to not only provide Ray with reading materials, but also provide a listening ear, moral support, and a place of temporary respite and normality, as he often shared with us, details of his long and hard battle with illness.
May Ray rest in peace and extending condolences to his family.

  14. Raymond, We spent our younger days playing in the back yard always having fun, playing Cricket, Footy or just swimming. I would love to have those days back and to be able to live them again. I truly hope that you are at peace and get to surf the eternal perfect waves.
I was so proud to be able stand up and speak about you at your living wake and I hope you can now rest peacefully with mum and Dad
    Love always Susan (Sue) 💙💜

  16. Deepest sympathy Sue and Jackson, its been a rough few years. Many memories of golf and work will live on. Raymond was an individual, always did his own thing in his own way, was able to build his own paradise at Barongarook. Another decent tradesman gone too young.
    RIP Raymond
