Passed away at Epworth Hospital, Geelong on August 23rd, 2017. Dearly loved and loving husband of Glenda. Loving Dad and father in law of Donna and Stephen and Leanne and Greg. Adored Poppy of Maddie, Jess, Jake and Archie.

Goodbye our darling. We will see you in our dreams.

Funeral Notice

Service: Tuesday August 29, 2017

The Funeral of Mr. Barry William Gourley will be held in the Chapel at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street, Colac on Tuesday, August 29th, 2017 commencing at 11.00 a.m.

The Funeral will leave the Chapel at the conclusion of the service for the Colac Lawn Cemetery.

  6. Good old Barry! You always had a joke or a dig for me whenever we met. Constant giver who never had a bad word for anyone.
    You are the true meaning when people say ‘salt of the earth’ and many self proclaimed “community champions” could look to you for their example if their ego allowed them to.
    Solid, dependable and without a hint of petty mean spirit, you did not know the meaning of ‘us and them’ you treated all with common decency and respect. Sleep now good man, your work is done.
