Passed away peacefully at Corangamarah on June 4th, 2015 aged 82. Loving wife of Tom (dec). Dearly loved mother of Sarah, Calvin, Liz, Tony, Lisa and Andy. Loved mother in law of Stephen, Rhonda, Ian , Yvonne, Julie and Greg. Much loved Nan of Brett, Nikki, Aaron, James, Rory, Michael, Sarah, Georgia, Ruby, Grace, Thomas, Jonty and Taylor. Great Nan of Rudi and Seb.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Corangamarah for their loving care and support of Pam and us.
Funeral notice
Wednesday June 10, 2015, 1:30pm
The Funeral of Mrs Pamela Margaret Graham will be held in the Chapel at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street Colac, on Wednesday June 10th 2015, commencing at 1.30 p.m.
In accordance with Pamela's wishes a private cremation will be held.
