Dearly loved husband of Jenny. Devoted and proud Father of Kate ❤︎ and Rhys. Father in-law of James. Loving friend of Joedy and “Poppy Joe” to Mia. Loved dearly by his family and a loyal friend to so many.

Funeral notice
The Funeral of Mr. David "Joe" Hirth will be held at St. Mary's Church, Gellibrand Street, Colac on Thursday, December 4, 2025 commencing at 1pm.
The Funeral will leave the Church at the conclusion of the service for the Colac Lawn Cemetery.

So sorry to hear the terribly sad news Jenny. I have wonderful memories of the young Joe, coming down to Glenda’s in Warrnambool at Xmas. He was a wonderful Santa Claus to so many of our children, and they remember too. Deepest sympathy to you and your extended family on your sad loss.
