Wife of Allan (dec).  Mother of Lynette, Joy, Geoff and Doug.  Mother in law of Geoff, Marilyn and Anne.  Dear friend of Keith.  Grandmother of Paul, Mark, Chris, Brett, Cathy, Shelley, Stephanie, Vanessa, Sophie, Stuart, Ryan, Shaun and families.  Great Grandmother of 32.

Passed away peacefully on May 30, 2015.

She was our inspiration.

Tuesday June 09, 2015, 11:00am

The Funeral of Mrs Catherine "Fay" Hose will be held in the Chapel at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street, Colac , on Tuesday, June 9 2015 commencing at 11.00 a.m.

In accordance with Fay's wishes a private cremation will be held.
