  2. Im in shock reading this. Marg you and your beloved Lindsay have been my family for more than half a century with Geoff and I mates as toddlers. You both taught me the definition of being christian with both of your lives devoted to the service of others. I love you both deeply and just sorry that all our health issues and coronavirus has kept us apart. With the deepest sympathy to Maree Jenny Lyn Kerry and Anna. I have always admired what a tight knit family you are yet there was always room to welcome others into the fold. Geoff now has his dad to cradle him in his loving arms. I am just so sad. I had no idea when I saw Lindsay last it would be the final time. Precious photos of us together are now even more precious.

  5. To Marg and family, Anna and Terry, Ronnie and Lynn and families,
We remember Lindsay encircling our lives for over 65 years at extended family gatherings, working with him at Hulm’s, as a young bloke at the dances in the 40s and 50s around Colac. His gentle way always made any situation calm and easy-going. His commitment to hard work, to family, to community, to clubs of various kinds showed his deamination to be part of a way of life that strived to make a difference in the quality of lives of others. On Thursday, may there be hope; let there be stories of a good man and a full life. Let there be a celebration of a life well-lived. Let there be tears but may there be many happy memories of all he has shared with us all.
    In our thoughts and prayers,
Shirley and Ed Morrissy and family.

  21. Deepest Sympathy to Margaret and the extended families on the death of Lindsay. The Colac and District Netball Association, acknowledges the contribution that Lindsay & Margaret gave to our Association over many years. Their donation each year of the Best & Fairest Trophies in all grades was greatly appreciated. Parents and players all enjoyed having a “Hulm’s” pie at the Netball on a cold day down at the ‘old tip site.’ Administrators & Umpires, always hoped that there would be some still left in the pie warmer at the end of the day’s play. R.I.P. Lindsay. From the Life Members of the Colac & District Netball Association.
