Dearest Doug,
Throughout the years Red and I enjoyed a lifelong friendship between us , you and Sandra whom you have now joined for eternity. Being an avid Geelong supporter, footy
Was a choice of conversations on many occasions, along with Politics being in the running of second for a chat.
We had many laughs and cries throughout those times which only strengthened our bond.
You showed an enormous amount of love for your family especially your grandchildren, whom you adored with all your heart.
God has reached out and taken you in his arms to join you and Sandra in heaven where there's no more pain or suffering to be had, only chocolate that Sandra has stashed away waiting for your arrival.
Doug you were a true, loyal and kind man that we had the privilege of knowing and thank you for being you.
May you rest in peace my friend.
