On January 21, 2021.  Dearly loved wife of Bernie (dec).  Loved mother and mother in law of Peter and Bev, Carmel and Bruce Westmoreland, Greg and Debra.  A much loved Nan of Nick and Michelle, Jaime and Dylan; Jake and Daisy, Sam and Daffney; Lauren , Sarah and Emily.  Loved Great Nan of Isabella and Mae.

Funeral Notice

Service: Friday January 29, 2021

Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Mrs Noelle Frances Kelly will be offered at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Gellibrand Street Colac, on Friday January 29, 2021 commencing at 11.00 a.m.

The Funeral will leave the Church at the conclusion of Mass for the Colac Lawn Cemetery.

  1. Fond memories of a beautiful lady who we were lucky enough to have as our neighbour. Noelle was such a kind soul, whose generosity knew no boundaries.
    Together with Bernie they were a great support to the O’Brien family.
    Noelle no doubt will be sadly missed by her beautiful family, and also the Colac community.
    Rest now Noelle, reunited with your Bernie.

  2. Beautiful memories of a lovely kind lady. Wonderful childhood memories of Noelle’s cooking and always helping everyone. I loved my cup of tea and special cake when l was taken for a visit. Life long friends of Kath and Doug Gibson and family. Now with Bernie ????????

    Mrs. Kelly was a lovely gentle lady and it has been a difficult time for her since losing Bernie and moving from the family home.
