  1. To Dean and Chris please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of Graham.
Unfortunately we were overseas at the time and only recently became aware of his passing.
Graham was a valued colleague and workmate at the Colac Water Board and its successors for some 13 years.
Together we delivered significant improvements in water quality and treatment of waste water. A legacy which Graham has left behind for all customers to benefit. RIP Graham

  21. Very sad to hear of Graham’s passing.
Graham was Wayne’s boss when they both worked for the Water Board and through many similar interests, our families became close friends.
Graham and Wayne both belonged to the Aviculture Society, loved their parrots and also cattle. Jean and I shared a love of gardens, plants and cooking. Many happy hours were spent visiting bird shows, having dinner parties, BBQs and fun family outings. They were great times. ❤️
Sending love and Sympathy to Dean, Chris and families.
