My favourite memories of dick would be riding in the cart with the horse at the beeac primary school Reunion and my second favourite memory would be when I would go for a drive to my grandparents farm and we would drive past dick and Jean house and I would always ask if I could pop in and see them and the horse and their would alway be dick waiting with a cookie and something to drink.
Thank you for the great memories dick you will be missed ❤️Love lots eb❤️

Sending our deepest condolences to Jean and the extended Lee family on behalf of my dad Shane Hamilton.
I have fond memories of watching Dick's comedic acts at family events, seeing him playing the spoons and singing with my Grandad (Rompy Hamilton). In the days before dad's passing, he was still talking about his happy memories of Dick.
Dick was a lovely, kind and funny man - a larger than life character and one that will be greatly missed.
RIP Dick - have a beer with dad.

I am very proud to say that I was Dick’s godson.
I’ll always remember heading out to Beeac to visit Dick and Jean, eating some Arnott’s assortments, drinking tea, playing with approximately 9 dogs, hoping there was at least one little of puppies, feeding a horse or two, swotting away 1 million flies, and listening to Dick tell 100 stories… of which maybe 50% of them were true - but all of them were very entertaining.
He was always jolly, constantly joking and made everyone feel very important. Dick was the kind of man who would make a joke about you but then quickly make a joke about himself to make sure you laughed with him as well as at him.
Quick-witted, hard-working, curious and someone who always lived life to the fullest. If anyone had a problem his response would always be a quip about how things actually aren’t as bad as you think they are, or some wise saying that made the problem seem insignificant anyway.
I’ll always remember Dick as a happy-go-lucky man and one I’ll cherish having in my life.
Vale Dick Lee
Thanks for the memories

Dick Lee,
What an amazing experience to have spent school holidays and work experience training horses with you. The wealth of knowledge and life lessons on efficiency by carrying 4 buckets not just 1! The incredible stories of transporting donkeys on ships and your travels around the world. The jokes, stories and sharing a light ice while trying to catch a Redfin are memories I will have forever.
You were a true legend and amazing mentor.
Love to Jean.
