Loved and loving father of Gavin, Damian, and Rachael. Father-in-law of Cheryl, Kellie and Jayson. Grandpa of Dillon, Keely, Harry, Charlie, Ava and Cleo. Great Grandfather to Riley.
Son of Jerry and Molly Mahoney (both dec). Brother to Veronica (dec), Jer, Des (dec), Mary (dec), Cecilia, Carmel and Nola.
Funeral notice
The Funeral of Mr. Edmund Joseph Mahoney will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Gellibrand Street, Colac on Friday, November 14, 2025 with Prayers commencing at 11.00am.
The Funeral will leave the Church at the conclusion of the service for the Colac Lawn Cemetery.

Dearest Gav, Dame, Rachael, and families.
Uncle Ed's sense of fun and mischief was always warmly received by us Fleming kids. Calling us “bull calves” and other such names always had us in fits of laughter. There was always time for banter at the Mahoney family BBQs. His expert tips/techniques about household goods removal (his career as a removalist) proved to be sound advice for life.
While we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the moments shared and the memories made.
Our thoughts are with you all during this difficult time.
