We sadly announce and mourn the passing of our very loved, respected, cherished and adored wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother in her home on 29 August 2019. She was in comfortable and familiar surroundings, watched over by her sympathetic family who ensured she was loved always, comforted well and supported totally throughout her final months.
Beautifully loving, most caring, truly giving and guiding spouse and mum to her immediate family of Richard, Linda, Sandra, Adrian and Bronwyn. Honoured mother-in-law of Michael Laurie, Luke Featherston and Rebecca Murray (nee Gaylard). A delighted and happy Nan to her worshiped and admired grandchildren; Emma, Charlie and Sarah Laurie; Olivia, Zoe and Henry Featherston and Lachlan (dec), Georgia and Alba Murray.
We were all loved, inspired, enriched and nurtured by Robyn. She was one of a kind, will be irreplaceable and will leave a gaping hole in our daily lives, our homes and our hearts. Fortunately, we will be left with precious and treasured memories of her life with us and most importantly of the quiet, caring and humble devotion generously given to each of us from deep within her heart.
Now in God’s care after a purposeful and rewarding life, a life well lived for 67 years.
Funeral Notice
Service: Thursday September 5, 2019Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Mrs. Robyn Annette Murray will be offered at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Gellibrand Street, Colac on Thursday, September 5, 2019 commencing at 11.00 a.m.
The Funeral will leave the Church at the conclusion of Mass for the Colac Lawn Cemetery.
No flowers by request, in lieu, donations to the Long Road Appeal may be made. Envelopes will be available at the Church
