What a wonderful service and celebration of Maxine - I am so glad I was able to attend live, as it was lovely to see you all in person and hear your words. A beautiful setting - well done Family.
Maxine made a big impression on me and we included me in her adventures; and I connected with Maxie again several times into my late twenties.
I hope to see you for a catch up Rachel and Zoe, and to raise a glass to your zany, wonderful, one of a kind Mum.

Time has gone, but memories remain forever. From Birth our lives were intertwined, only 4 months apart in age we spent precious time together with our families, holidaying together, many family events with all our Aunts,Uncles & Cousins & even living together occasionally. So many memories - never forgotten.

Oh crazy Maxi roaring lioness……it’s hard to put into a few words all you brought to this world but all my thoughts and memories of you make me smile, laugh and shake my head in wonderment at all that you were.
Unconventional to say the least, you gave life your all, with that big heart and contagious mischievous cackle. A true warrior woman, you accomplished amazing things in your life and lived it to the fullest.
I’d say rest easy, but that’s not your style! Fly higher and more freely than ever now you’ve departed this earthly plane.
Much love, CoryFebruary 12, 2023 10:04 am

Goodbye dear cuz, we were so close in age but even closer in our love of nature, animals and all things green.
Wonderful memories of our days as kids spent climbing trees, milking cows and mucking about at Chestnut Hill in Kallista.
Distance kept us apart but I treasure your visits to Tassie.
Love to your beautiful family - you will be so missed by them all. RosieFebruary 05, 2023 6:07 pm

You showed me Maxine as young mothers together in Glasgow to be more joyful, less tightlipped. We had fun and some daft times with very little money.
You opened up my mind and helped me see the beauty around us even in difficult times for yourself.
I so admired you for all of that.February 04, 2023 5:59 pm
Oh Maxi, you are such a tragic loss to this world. You were always full of fun and spirit and someone who pushed the envelope . So many wonderful memories from our kid’s spending time together at Moonlight to us partying at Apollo Bay, Warrandyte, Colac and all places in between. A free spirit and always a caring friend who will be greatly missed.
