Passed away peacefully at Hesse Rural Health on February 16, 2024, surrounded by family, aged 90 years.
Loved husband of Lorraine (dec). Dearly loved father of Stephen and Karen, Susan and Cohen Spowart, Genevieve and Darryl Saunders, Andrew and Michelle, Rosie and Mark Bailey and Matthew (dec).
Cherished Grandpa of his 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Notice

Service: Monday February 26, 2024

The Funeral of Mr. Bruce Rayner will be held in the Chapel at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street, Colac on Monday, February 26, 2024 commencing at 10am.

In accordance with family wishes, Bruce will be privately cremated.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hesse Rural Health. Envelopes will be available at the service.

  5. My darling Uncle Bruce. Loved my visits to see you over the years. You were a funny man and always made me laugh. Great memories of staying with you and Aunty Lorraine especially on the farm at Pennyroyal and in PNG. A true mate to our Dad Horrie.

  6. Genevieve & family, so sorry for your lost he was a beautiful man, always happy. Loved his walks, one was with me & Genevieve, where we enjoy a stroll along the Barwon River, & having lunch at Winchelsea Hotel, enjoyed a chat , joked & laughed lots, before our stroll back along the river. Met Bruce a few times, always remember me. He will be missed, but be free to fly with the angels
