Adored by all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

In accordance with Ann's wishes a private cremation will be held.

Today we said our final goodbyes until we meet again.
However i still cant comprehend that your gone. My world’s shattered.
Any hour of the day anyone needed you, you were there with welcome arms. My favourite story teller, my bestfriend, my great nan gone forever but will always live on through us all.No words can explain how im going to miss you! The 1000 phone calls telling me about how the carers went or the gardeners, or about the birds making a mess. Or just asking me to come read your mail.
I still remember the first time i ever showered you after a hospital trip while i was in the process of getting your carers organised, you got undressed and said i dont know how you bloody do this for a job but im so proud of you. N i remember saying your the best looking old duck ive ever showered, truth is you definitely were, you just never aged.
You were so excited to meet Harrison once he was born. I promise Harrison will forever know who you are! Even though your time with him was limited it was precious. There was already so much love for each other from both ends. Your massive smile from ear to ear when i walked in the door with him saying hows my little man, bring him here and taking him straight off me for a cuddle. The last visit you had with Harrison he snuggled in bed with you and had over a hour nap in your arms and he definitely wont do that for just anyone. Once Harrison ask where you are, I’ll point to the sky and say see the brightest star, thats her watching over us.
Old nan, as i used to say your a woman with 9lives who was stubborn and bounced back like nothing ever happened. Ive never met anyone as strong willed as you, you definitely could never be fooled or told 😂
Unfortunately your 9lives have came to an end at an amazing 94yrs. Forever will hold our memories close to me.
I promise to keep your little boy safe.Keep my spot warm up there, until we meet again on the other side.

It still doesn’t seem real that you’re gone, I cannot imagine a life with you not in it! When I met you just over 9 years ago you welcomed me into the family with loving open arms and treated me like one of your own great grandkids. You were always like that so incredibly kind, you would always ask how my mum was every visit, and love hearing about my day. Leigh and I loved and could spend hours listening to all your funny and incredible life stories, about how you would play cricket with Leigh for hours or walk miles and miles to school and try to hitch a ride with the train man if you were lucky, stories that we will forever cherish and now share in your memory. You were a tough lady and unintentionally so funny with your quick witted responses, always made me laugh! Leigh adored and idolised you so very much, it was clear from the very first time I met you, you two had an amazing beautiful bond. It wasn’t a shock to me when he proposed that the only person he told and had known about it for a couple months was you. It means so much to me that you happily passed down my engagement ring to me, it will always hold a special place in my heart that carries a deeper meaning and I will cherish it and keep it safe to hopefully one day pass down to Biggie to do the same. I know you were so excited to meet your little matey after years of us both bugging Leigh and so happy you did. It brings me to tears that you won’t be here to watch him grow up and share that same beautiful bond that you and Leigh have but I know you loved him so dearly already and I will always tell him how he would brighten up your days and put the biggest smile on your face as soon as you would see him. I know you will still watch him from the clouds and always be with him, his very own guardian angel, we will make sure he remembers his best friend. Nanny Grandma,
I still can’t comprehend that u left us so quick!
Although l know it’s for the best & u’ll no longer suffer & be free from pain!
U were a strong, stubborn lady right to the end but also a kind lady who would help anyone in need!
Oh the strict rules when we were all younger! No one could pull a wool over eyes Nan, u weren’t easily fooled! Like the time l drove the Go Kart & ran into the rocks along the edges of your garden! I tried to put it back how it was in the hope u wouldn’t notice but of course u did! Ain’t no fooling u Nanny Grandma!
U enjoyed hearing about Bella’s little stories & having a laugh, such as Bella telling her friends, My Nanny Grandma is 99 (after her friends telling her their Grandma was 98)
U loved the surprised visit from Bella with her Support Worker, it made your day that she choose to come visit u! Brought tears to my eyes.
U were always proud to hear how Neka is doing so well with school!
I will look after your garden & the lawns, luckily lve got the green thumb!
We will always love & miss u Nanny Grandma!
Forever in our hearts u will stay!
