Sue was a very special woman, smart, warm and kind with a smile for us all. Her family should know how much her friends at the Golf Club cared for her and appreciated the work she did, our star handicapper until this last month. Sue had a sharp mind frustrated by her failing hearing and sight, but she never complained. Sue’s contributions to our bookclub discussions were always insightful. She was a good friend, an avid reader who loved a chat about the books she was reading. The mobile library staff will miss her for sure.
Sue’s positivity is an inspiration; she will be so missed. Condolences to all her family of whom she was very proud. -
My memories of Sue go way back to the early 90’s, to when she was the bursar/front of house at Lorne School and our kids were students there.
We were newcomers to the town, and she was so welcoming and friendly and always warm, kind and helpful to our children.
The Lorne P – 12 College was and is a special place at the heart of the community, and Sue played an important role in making it so.
Our sincerest sympathy to Sue’s loving family. -
Susie was always interested in what was going on and an integral part of any visit to lorne and it was wonderful when she filled in gaps in the family history, while sitting on the deck, engaged in a catch up. Rest in peace Susie. We send our heartfelt.condolences to Ben and the family. Geoff Lisa Emma and Sam

Wonderful memories of a lovely friend.
Sue was such a kind, caring & capable person.
Always remember Sue’s fantastic laugh as she served the Lorne community through her work at the Lorne school in admin & Lorne community groups.
Fun memories together, particularly Lorne in the 1970s when respective children were little.
Sue was a blessing to all who knew her.
RIP Sue.
Condolences to Ben, Toby & extended family.

Great memories of Sue Sue was a dedicated, hard working bursar for the Lorne P12 College for many years. She gave many hours of her own time to the operation of the Lorne School and this was greatly appreciated. A kind and friendly lady who was so well liked in the Lorne community. Our thoughts are with you Ben and Toby Kind regards Maureen and Alan Freame
