  4. Irma, Alex’s mother, and my father were siblings, the youngest among five children. All were taken away with their families, to perish in the Holocaust, when Alex and I were little children. Alex, his both sisters, and I were the only Redlinger family members to survive the ordeal.
Alex and I got into contact only in 2004. I have cherished his two visits to Israel. We found out, that we looked much alike and I was delighted when people took us for brothers. He was the brother I never had and I miss him very much.
Dear Louise, Catherine, Paul, and families, please accept Aviva’s and my sympathy and love
