Sending my deepest condolences to Norms family.
I first met Norm when A.K. McKenzie Motors moved from the old location in town to the current location on the highway heading west.
Norm would always have time for a chat and stay for morning tea. Some days would leave with fruit cake and snowballs.
The day I’ll never forget was Norm asked me if I would like to go for a ride in his helicopter, that was a special moment.
A Great Man who may be gone but will never be forgotten.

My sincere condolences to Tracey, Libby, Julie and Leanne and their families. We have so many memories of time spent with Norm on the many motorbike trips and later on Norm would take the caravan. Norm enjoyed coming around for tea as he always said he could be himself and wear his moccasins or just socks if he so desired. Our family will miss him terribly as he was very much a part of our family attending the grandchildren’s birthday party’s and other family functions. I will never forget the day he landed his helicopter in our back yard to take my mother for a ride. God bless you Norm, fly high and rest peacefully with Margaret.
