Born Saturday March 19, 1927. Passed away Tuesday August 22, 2023.
Loved and loving wife of Gordon (dec). Dearly loved Mum of Alex, Heather, Jan, Barb, George, Libby and Rick. Loved and respected mother-in-law of Helen, Michael, Barry, Ian, Audrey and Alfie. Loving Grandma of 25 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
Now at rest with Gordon.
Loved daughter of the late Ethel and Alexander Burns. Fond sister of Olive, Janet, Greta, Dulcie and Andy (all dec).
Now all together, at rest.
Funeral notice
Monday August 28, 2023
The Funeral of Mrs. Betty May Tucker will be held in the Chapel at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street, Colac on Monday, August 28, 2023 commencing at 11am.
The Funeral will leave the Chapel at the conclusion of the service for the Colac Cemetery.

Grandma.
We were very blessed in life to have had you for a Grandma.
So much of you, through your teaching, lives on in all of us.
You were always so interested in our lives, and you had the gift of making us feel important and special when we were in your company.
Our memories are many and will be treasured forever.

Colac Family History are saddened to hear of the death of Betty Tucker. Betty was a life member of our group and in earlier years was a very active and excellent research officer. Our sympathies and condolences to all who knew her and especially to her family.

Grandma, I am certainly going to miss you and the wonderful times and chats we would have. Especially those long and in depth conversations about our shared pet subject of history. We could talk for hours, loving every minute.
Thank you for all the fond childhood memories when we would visit you and Papa at Cororooke. From cards and checkers to your wonderful milkshakes and yo yo's.
Thanks for being so special.
I'll miss you greatly.

Grandma, I am so heartbroken that you are gone. You truly had a profound impact on my life, I can honestly say that I wouldn't be who I am today without you. You instilled a love of learning and intellectual curiosity in me that I will be forever grateful for. I will always cherish the memories of the time we had together and everything you taught me. I truly couldn't have had a better Grandma and I am the luckiest person in the world that I had you as mine, I just wish it could have been for longer.

Grandma you were a great mother in-law for 23 years and you were always there for me when I was tired you would turn up and take the kids tell me to go and have a sleep. You helped tutor Kate when she needed it . You listened very patiently to Matthew reading Dolphin Davy over and over again you were always very patient with Michael when he didn't want to do something you and Papa were always there to help Rick and I you made the best scones and I loved and respected you rest now with Papa xx Linda
