The Funeral of Mr. Christopher Anthony Van Dijk will be held in the Chapel at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street Colac on Monday January 25th, 2016 commencing at 1.30 p.m.
In accordance with family wishes Chris will be Privately cremated.
