Funeral Notice
Service: Monday August 15, 2022The Funeral of Mr. Owen Walter Vesey will be held at Wesley Place, 15 Skene Street, Colac, on Monday, August 15, 2022 commencing at 10.30 a.m.
The Funeral will leave the Chapel at the conclusion of the service for the Colac Lawn Cemetery.

Dear Leanne, Craig , Greg and families, my deepest sympathies on the passing of your father, Owie.
He was a lovely man , always up for a chat when I saw him. I have very fond memories of our time as neighbours in Hearn st . Hopefully he and Dad will catch up for a chat.

Dear Leanne, Craig &/Greg.. I am saddened to read of Owens death. He was part of a group of friends of Jim’s when I meet him in the early 60s when I came to Colac to work. On & off we have caught up during the years. Lots of memories you all have of Owen, treasure them. Love Theresa.

We had known each other for the best part of 60 years , through our football days to our livestock days & in latter years his retirement days ..Those led to many a meal @the RSL & 5 minute ( 2 hour ) coffee etc . @ the house , marvellous how we righted so many wrongs . Truck wise , he was always ready to help out & without fuss . Our old “ carrier’s table “ has many great memories , laughter & stories ( some true ) but a lot of fun .
