I’ll always cherish the aunty of my childhood who gave us a crazy 80s makeover with high pony, crimped hair, blue eyeshadow and sparkly dress. For the laughs, the trips to the pig pens, for checking in and for playing in the yard with the incredible kids you made. I hope you are at peace now with Rex up there- you don’t have to fight anymore.

I was part of the Vogels family for many years.
I grew to love Helen like a little sister.
I will always remember her from that time,
A kind and fun person to be around.
Life is very treacherous, so many traps.
Not many of us make it through unscathed.
Rest easy Helen. -
