Brother, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and friend to all. You will be desperately missed Dad. If you had to shuffle off this rock, you did it in a way that was as calm as you were. You didn’t give us a warning but just quietly grabbed a long neck and headed off to bed. Nigh Nigh Pop, see ya after ya halfa, we’ll keep your jackets warm till then.

In accordance with family wishes, a private cremation will be held.

Dear Kim, Damien, Renee & families & the extended Williamson families you are all in our thoughts at this sad time on the loss of your dad, brother & grandfather.
Geo you were one larriken who enjoyed life to the fullest. We remember all the times we shared at Brunts Transport over many years never a dull moment if it was in the workshop, office or smoko hut you were always larger than life with your jokes or comments.
Some of your sayings or what you said to us girls in the office were priceless. My goodness no one could get away with that today .Geo the rebuilds have all been done & the maintance is all up to date time for you to relax & enjoy some time & a beer up in the highway in the sky with so many fellow truckers that have gone before you.
We are so sorry we cannot be with you all to celebrate Geo’s life & remember all the times we have shared over many years but we will have a beer or 2 for him tomorrow night.

Brother GEO you were one of my mentors when i first started driving you could get the old 1418 cracking never forget the day the gearbox fell out of it and you come up to me and said i think she is stuffed big brother. Jenny and i were shocked when we got the news as you were only over 4 days before hand talking about the old truck so to Renee Simon and families our sincere condolences and prayers so keep the shiny side up Brother GEO.

The fondest memory that comes to mind is the men’s fishing adventures with Doug,Peter and a couple of other fellas in Darwin, George somehow always ended up in the water, trying to retrieve a fishing rod once, crocodiles 🐊and all.
Seriously you are a lovable human with the most mischievous smile.

I miss you so much already pop George, I’m not ready to say goodbye to you. I wish I could have more time to sit around and drink way too many stubbies with you. I’m not sure what to do dad, i thought I’d get a warning, I thought I’d have time to prepare, but you didn’t even finish your last long neck. That quick halfa sure took a turn. I watch the messages of love and support flow in and it just shows how many lives you touched.
